Hearing that, Nancy frowned slightly. “Are you sure? Dazzling Boutique isn’t a place just anyone can shop at.”
“Wow, Nancy. I didn’t expect you to know about the store, too. Looks like you’ve done your homework on luxury brands!” Raine said with a glint of smugness in her eyes.
She continued, “You’re right. Dazzling doesn’t sell to just anyone, but our family is an influential household, and our name carries weight. Besides, I’m going to win first place in this piano competition.”
“You sound awfully sure of yourself.”
“Of course. Maybe you don’t know who my mentor is,” Raine said as her tone was brimming with excitement she could barely contain. “My mentor is none other than Nanette!”
At that moment, Nancy froze.
Raine mistook her silence for surprise and grew even more pleased with herself.
“Maybe I’m just that talented. Nanette reached out to Mom herself, offering to take me in as a student!”
Regina gently caressed Raine’s hair with a look of pride.
She said, “Raine has worked hard since she was little. For Nanette to take notice of her is only natural. Since you’re here, come with us. It’ll broaden your horizons. That way, when your identity is announced later, you won’t embarrass yourself by failing to recognize luxury goods.”
Nancy fell silent, lost in thought.

The manager had clearly been waiting for someone at the entrance to the store.

Raine smirked, and she lifted her chin, looking proud of herself, humming smugly in acknowledgment.
In the VIP lounge, delicate pastries were arranged on the table.

away.”

Once the manager left, Regina flashed Raine a look of surprise.
“Raine, do you know someone at Dazzling? I remember the last time Mrs. Lindberg came, she wasn’t even invited into the VIP lounge!”
Raine laughed as she replied, “Mom, isn’t it obvious? They probably think I’m going to cause a stir at the piano finals, so they want to get on my good side. Even a brand like Dazzling needs a famous face for publicity!”
Regina still felt that something didn’t quite add up, but it was the only explanation that fit.
“I see Well, even Dazzling can’t resist your charm,” she remarked.
Hanse was just about to respond when she caught sight of Nancy calmly picking up a piece of chocolate and popping it into her mouth.
“Nancy, chocolates are my favourite! How could you take mine?”
At the moment, Regina said with a serious manner, “Nancy, let me teach you the manners of a weselne. You came here thanks to Raine, so naturally, you can only eat if she allows you to. As a palate, you must always maintain your poise.”
