Just as Sydney arrived, one of the nurses rushed over, flustered and apologetic. “Sorry, Dr. Wilson. Penny brought her kid today and, well, he’s a handful. We couldn’t stop him.”
Of course she had. She had plenty of help at home, yet she chose to drag the kid into the clinic. Sydney had already experienced Timothy’s charming personality before.
