This themed bar was opened by my best friend’s brother.
At the time, his friend lost a dare and was about to ask a random girl for her social media app.
Nicole got approached.
But she called him indecent and said he probably had some dirty disease.
The man got furious and argued with her.
Then she yelled, “Don’t hit me!”
Jerry, who’d just come out of the restroom, wouldn’t stand for that. He punched the man and broke his nose.
The man was livid and started fighting with Jerry.
That’s when Jennifer and I arrived.
Jennifer called the fighting man “brother“.
Only then did the two separate.
Jerry glared coldly at me. “Pamela, is this someone you brought?”
My best friend’s brother Daniel came over quickly. “What’s going on?”
“Daniel, this woman called me indecent and said I had a dirty disease.
I was arguing with her when this guy came up and hit me! He broke my nose!”
Hearing this, Jerry apologized guiltily to the man. “Sorry, we’ll cover your medical bills and compensate for emotion- al distress.”
Seeing the man wouldn’t back down, Jennifer whispered something to her brother.
Daniel put his arm around my shoulder to mediate. “For Pamela’s sake, let it go this time.”
The man just said, “Since Daniel says so, fine. But control your mad dog of a sister. Next time, I won’t hold back.”
As Daniel led me inside with his arm around me, Jerry blocked us. “Pamela, who is he?”
“My new flame, got it?”
Before I could answer, Daniel placed my hand on his lower abdomen and guided it upward.
The sensation under my palm shocked me, making me blush instantly.

Daniel kissed my hair and scooped me up in a princess carry.
“The whips and candles are ready upstairs. Last time wasn’t enough, so tonight you’ll get your fill.”
Daniel’s eyes turned dark with desire. Mesmerized, I leaned in and kissed him.
The crowd chanted for us to kiss. Daniel bolted with me, shouting, “Not letting you watch!”
My heart raced. Daniel knew exactly how to play this.
Though he left right after setting me down, I stayed dazed for ages.
Suddenly, the door opened. Thinking it was Daniel, I called out happily, “Daniel!” But it was Jerry.
He sat beside me, tried to touch my lips, but I dodged.
“Pamela, you haven’t smiled like that in forever. So beautiful!”
When I ignored him, he looked hurt but kept talking. “I know he’s your friend’s brother. You’re just pretending to be with him to spite me.”
“I’m not angry. But tomorrow I need to take Nicole abroad for treatment.
When I get back, can we start fresh?”
Start fresh? What a joke.
Jerry, it’s not like I never gave you chances.
But you never chose me.
“Okay.”
When you return, we’ll formally discuss the divorce.
Seeing my agreement, he left in high spirits.
Unexpectedly, Jerry vanished for a whole month.
He wouldn’t have returned if not for his father’s birthday.
When Lisa saw him bring Nicole back, she remarked dryly, “Why’d you bring her again?
You take her everywhere. You’re closer to her than your own wife.”
Back when Nicole’s mother cheated on her, she never treated the homewrecker’s daughter kindly.
At these words, Nicole lowered her head and didn’t dare speak.
Jerry settled her in a distant seat before coming to sit beside me. “Sorry, Pamela, Nicole’s treatment took extra time.”
His cousin teased, “When have you two ever been apart this long? Must’ve missed your wife so bad you couldn’t

sleep abroad.”
The young crowd started jeering.

But I smiled and raised my glass. “Announcement: Jerry and I are divorcing. Just waiting on his signature.”
Jerry’s smile vanished instantly. He stared blankly at me. “Pamela, don’t joke.”
Others chimed in to smooth things over. “Jerry, better get that washboard ready. Apologize properly at home.”
Jerry snapped to attention. “Right, my fault. I’ll take whatever punishment my wife gives at home.”
I pulled out divorce papers and offered a pen. “Sign now. Saves us future meetings.”
The room fell dead silent.
“Pamela.”
He stared at the papers. “I won’t sign!”
I met Jerry’s eyes. “Then mail the signed copies to my lawyer.”
Jerry blocked my exit.
Accidentally revealing faint red marks on my neck.
His eyes burned crimson. “Pamela, who?!”
I adjusted my collar. “None of your business.”
“Pamela! You actually found someone behind my back!”
Jerry raged like a madman, spewing vile words regardless of the setting.
I fired back, slamming photos before the crowd.
“Why not show everyone how many ‘wonderful moments‘ you’ve shared with your dear sister these past two years un- der medical pretenses!”
