The next day, she spent the whole day at the wellness clinic, putting all the herbs into the medicine cab- inet. After handling everything that needed to be done, she just waited for the opening.

Miguel arrived early at the wellness clinic, waiting for Romina to show up. 

Romina saw that there were already twelve flower baskets arranged at the entrance, six on each side, neatly lined up. 

“Good morning, Romi…” 

“Good morning, Miguel.” Romina fixed her gaze on the flower baskets. “Who sent these so early in the morning?” 

“I happened to run into the florist when I arrived. They said the owner sent them to you.” 

Romina quickly walked over and saw the blessing written on the flower baskets. 

“Wishing you a prosperous opening and success in all things.”

Romina’s mind raced as she searched for that name. 

When she signed the contract, the paperwork had his name on it. 

Suddenly recalling what Joaquin had said the day before, she couldn’t help but smile. 

Though the name on the card was Nasir, the person who actually sent the baskets might not be him. 

“Romi…” 

The sudden voice interrupted Romina’s thoughts. 

After regaining her composure, she smiled faintly and handed him a set of keys: “From now on, these keys are yours. If you arrive early, you won’t have to wait for me.”

Romina gave a gentle smile: “I trust you.”

Miguel was stunned for a few seconds by her smile, then grinned and said, “I will definitely work hard and live up to your expectations, Romi.” 

Romina inserted the key into the lock and nodded lightly: “Good.” 

After the opening, people began to come in for consultations one after another. 

After Romina saw off a client, a sudden figure burst into her view: “Doctor, my body is so itchy, please take a look!” 

Romina looked up at the sound. 

Standing before her was a middle–aged man, dressed in blue, nearly one meter eighty–five tall, and ap- pearing very strong. 

Romina pointed to the consultation chair beside her and said, “Come sit over here, let me take a look at you.” 

The man in blue sat down at the consultation table, unbuttoned his shirt to show Romina, and said, “I don’t know if I ate something wrong, but I’ve broken out in rashes all over. I’ve been to the hospital, but nothing has helped. They said you have excellent medical skills, so I came to see you.” 

Romina glanced at the man and said, “Just roll up your sleeve and let me take a look.” 

The man in blue quickly let go of his collar, rolled up his right sleeve, and held it out for Romina to see. 

“It’s an allergy.” 

With just a single glance, Romina came to her conclusion. 

“An allergy? That can’t be! I’ve had this for a long time, seen doctors for almost a week, but nothing has worked. None of them said it was an allergy!” 

“This is definitely an allergy, and not a common one,” Miguel interjected, leaning in to look at the back of the man’s hand. He spoke calmly, “It should be a paint allergy. People who work with paint for a long time develop some resistance, but that doesn’t guarantee you won’t react to new materials.” 

After hearing his words, Romina smiled at him in approval. 

He even noticed that. 

It seemed this young man really had some skills. 

“May I ask what your occupation is?” Romina glanced down at him. “Could it be related to your work?”

“I work in furniture, so I do come into contact with paint, but I’ve been on break recently and haven’t touched paint for quite a while.” 

Romina reached out to take his pulse. 

Then she said calmly, “It’s an allergy. I’ll prescribe three doses of herbal medicine for you, along with a topical ointment. After you finish the medicine, come back for a follow–up. Be sure not to eat any seafood during this period.” 

The man in blue’s expression darkened. “What will happen if I do?” 

Before Romina could answer, Miguel spoke sternly from beside her, “It will make your condition worse. At best, you’ll have difficulty breathing; at worst, you could go into shock and die. So you must follow the doctor’s orders and don’t eat anything you shouldn’t.” 

The man in blue nodded lightly and said nothing more. 

Romina quickly printed out the prescription and handed it to Miguel. “Prepare the medicine for him ac- cording to this. I’m going to the restroom.” 

“Alright.” 

After Romina left, the man in blue kept his eyes on her departing figure. 

Suddenly, a wicked, cold smile curled at the corner of his lips. 

No one noticed this expression.
