Chapter 19 

What is this? Is this an accusation of him neglecting her? 

It’s all because of her, yet she still has the audacity to complain here! 

Although surprise flickered on my face, Oliver still believed that this was just a play directed by me. 

He walked away. 

He thought coldly: Since she rejected the proposal to save face and still adopted this strategy, then don’t blame him for not giving her face! 

“Madam.” 

As predicted, when the butler approached, he saw me walking behind. 

Oliver shortened his steps, stopping, feeling the need to remind this woman that thoughtless actions would lead to quicker 

embarrassment. 

He coldly opened his mouth, “Listen…” 

“Thank you.” I didn’t stop. Instead, I walked past him and received a small bag from the butler’s hand. 

Then, I turned back to the butler. “From now on, call me Miss Rita. Also, there’s no need to keep anything in the room, handle it however you want.” 

After saying those words, I turned around and left.

I had conversations with the butler and the household staff, but I ignored him? 

Both the butler and the household staff widened their eyes, looking at me with the gaze of a stranger.

Rita had traveled quite a distance, but Oliver still didn’t move.

Oliver stared at the butler without specifying the exact time for Rita’s return, showing great impatience. After she finished speaking, the butler led the delivery person inside.

That card was the one he had thrown at her on their wedding anniversary! 

The delivery person initially wanted him to sign, but when they saw his dark and fierce expression, even capable of killing someone, he dared not say anything and quickly turned around and ran away. 

Rita’s Perspective
