Claudine finally stopped caring about her. She should be happy, but for some reason, she just couldn’t feel happy.

She had already decided that once her dad found out, he would definitely take her back to Belmont Villas.

After they left, Claudine turned on her computer and replied to a few work emails.

Suddenly, her phone rang-it was her brother calling.

Claudine immediately pressed the answer button.

She was worried it was another problem with her brother’s company. After all, with someone like Damian, there was nothing he couldn’t do!

“Brother, did something happen at the company again?”

On the phone, Benjamin spoke.

“I called you just because I was afraid you’d worry.”

“Everything at the company has been taken care of, so don’t worry.”

Hearing her brother say this, Claudine finally breathed a sigh of relief.

She really didn’t want to drag anyone else into things because of what happened between her and Damian.

“That’s good! Brother, actually, this time it wasn’t an accident, it was Damian, he…”

“Yes, I didn’t expect it either. Damian actually stepped in to help.”

Claudine was about to continue criticizing Damian along with her brother, but when she realized what he had just said, she froze.

“I actually wish it was Damian who did it.”
