My boss could no longer bear to watch and shut down the livestream. “You’re someone I personally promoted. I trust your character, but if you don’t handle this matter properly, forget about the director’s seat.” 

I nodded. “Don’t worry. The new project needs publicity anyway. I’ll make sure to give you a flawless comeback.” 

After my mom’s livestream, I had already turned into the enemy of the entire internet.
