Chapter14 

“Alpha and I aren’t on good terms. He humiliated me when we were younger, and I haven’t forgave him for it.” She gives a quick nod, as if to say that will do. I on the other hand am seeing red, that little punk nose snot dare to upset this angel. What kind of arrogant fool humiliates a woman, specially one with a title of Alpha. I have it on good notation to punch him in the face, while kicking him into a ditch somewhere. 

“What did he do?” There I got the words out, without to much power leaking through. 

“Its nothing you should become upset about, It was a long time ago, and its my problem.” She holds strong to her words, and keeps a steady eye contact with me. Normally long periods of eye contact would cause wolf to explode, however she seems to be doing the opposite.. 

“If you say so” Grumbling, I hate this. Not being able to use my Alpha title, to make lesser beings piss themselves is proving to be harder then I thought it would be. Her cheerful voice, pulls me out of my stink. 

Jackson?” Leaning into a smile. 

“Yes?” Again her eyes take my breath away. 

“Tell me about Green wood” I suppose if she is to live with my pack, she should know about it. Its only fair to give her some insight, that way the change isn’t as hard on her. 

“What would you like to know?” Thinking she might have a topic in mind. 

“Anything really. If I am allowed into your pack, I’d like to more then what I’ve heard from the gossip girls.” Chuckling she has a point, I’m sure many rumors have been spread around like w fire. Best clear some up, before she moves in. Wouldn’t want the beauty to become scared on her very first day. 

“Well Green wood is structured around a few things. Loyalty for one is a very big roll, Family is another one. The Alpha doesn’t have a family, so he tends to become….over protective of his pack.” Watching her reaction to Family, as I will be having one. She doesn’t seem the least bit turned off, by my words; if anything she’s pleased. 

“That’s a good thing” She chirps. Nodding in agreement, I continue. 

“I think so, Family is important. Should you want your parents to join Green wood, I don’t see why he wouldn’t agree to it.” Her face lowers, I’ve known a sad woman’s face better then any. 

“My parents are to old to be moving once again, besides my father plays a big part in my pack. And my mother has way to many friends, she wouldn’t dream of leaving.” She’s holding herself

together very well, considering she’d be leaving the only real blood family she has. I feel as though! am making her choose between her family and me, even though the outcome will be a normal one. She’d come to my pack sooner or later, but this just makes me feel like a bad guy. Not in a good way, where as most of the time I couldn’t careless about looking like an ogre, now I feel the need to be 

soft with her. 

The night air is a bit chill, but her eyes are making me hotter then the evening sun. So close to her yet not close enough, those lips are calling again. Pulling her closer to me, I need her…all of her. Lowering a little more, she doesn’t hesitate or pull away. It’s a blessing, something I have waited for. A woman who isn’t afraid of me, and can openly tease and torture to no end. Her bright spirit captured me the moment she walked into the room, making everyone around her seem blurred and 

lifeless. 

Never ending drone of the days that have passed, seem like nothing as she sits next to me. Oh how the days will seem that much brighter, with her at my side. To be able to see her when I need a sight of beauty, or to touch the softness of her skin when I feel as though I am at my wits end. The lemon mint smell will calm wolf down, bringing me some peace of mind. Agreed I am trying to find ways of getting her into the pack house now, without having to file all those damn pieces of paper. With the distance hum of water playing in the background, I watch a firefly land on her wings. Glowing on and off, as he shows me the light glow of her cheeks. 

“May I kiss you?” Its more then I can bare, asking doesn’t sit well with me. But her silent reply, has my insides buzzing. Biting her lower lip, with the slowest of nods. Far from innocent is this Vixen, but I’ll be damned if anyone will call her otherwise. To me she is more pure then a infant, and will 

remain so till I see fit to change my mind. 

The candy flavor lips gloss she’s been holding onto, has me holding her chin. Never wanting her 

part our lips, I wait feeling she is relaxed with my taste. My next move could utterly rune everything, as I hold her hip lightly rolling my fingers around. When the wind picks up, her body shakes and I am even more willing to use that as an excuse to bring her closer. Long legs are 

smooth enough to be called silk, stroking slowly to keep them warm. Carefully I open my eyes, 

watching as her face seems peaceful.
