She never expected that after breaking up, he would finally bring her here.
“So, what do you think? Do you like it? Didn’t you always want to come here? Now, I’ve brought you.”
Sandria still wore a smile, but her eyes were filled with deep sarcasm.
“So this is what the Sea of Love looks like. It doesn’t seem much different from any other sea.”
“Sandy, do you not like it?”
Florentino’s voice was carried away by the sea breeze, drifting out over the ocean.
Sandria continued to play along on the surface.
“I was young back then, always drawn to romantic things. I guess people see things differently at different ages.”
“But at least the person by your side hasn’t changed. I’m still the one bringing you to the Sea of Love.”
Florentino spoke earnestly. “I’ll bring you here again in the future, okay?”
Sandria sneered inwardly, barely able to keep her composure.
The suffocating heaviness in her chest nearly overwhelmed her.
Her last bit of patience had completely vanished.
She turned to look at him, speaking each word slowly and deliberately.
“Florentino, do you really think I have time to waste here with you? I’m not the eighteen-year-old Sandria anymore. What I couldn’t have back then, I no longer care for now.”
“Just like our past, there’s no going back.”
Florentino was stunned by her words.
“You don’t like it here? We can go somewhere else. Any place you wanted to go but never did-just say the word, and I’ll take you.”
“No matter where you take me, I won’t be happy anymore.”
Sandria’s eyes were icy cold as she spoke, enunciating each word.
A flash of stubbornness crossed Florentino’s eyes. He opened his mouth to speak, but just then, his phone rang.
Instinctively, she glanced over and caught a glimpse of the caller ID… Courtney.

Sandria’s red lips curled up in a provocative smile. “Go on, answer it. Why aren’t you picking up?”
Florentino felt a pang of guilt, hung up the call, and placed his phone face down.
“Ignore her. Let’s continue…”
But the person on the other end clearly wasn’t giving up-the phone kept vibrating.
“Maybe she really needs to talk to you about something urgent.”
Sandria spoke with a half-smile.
Under her cool gaze, Florentino grew increasingly agitated, and finally answered the call.
“What do you want…”
But whatever was said on the other end made Florentino’s expression change dramatically.
“Alright, I understand.”
After hanging up, Florentino stood up and straightened his suit.
“Sandy, I’m afraid I can’t stay with you any longer today. I have something urgent to take care of.”
“Oh? Does it have to do with Courtney?”

Sandria stood up as well, fixing her gaze on Florentino. “What’s so urgent that you have to leave? Didn’t you say you weren’t in contact with Courtney anymore?”
Florentino took a deep breath. “Sandy, wait here for me. I just need to handle some personal matters and I’ll be right back. Trust me, my heart still belongs to you.”
He was using the same old tricks to fool her.
Still treating her like a fool to be coaxed.
Sandria raised an eyebrow and let out a low laugh, just watching him.
Her eyes were full of allure.
“Oh? In that case, can you not leave?”
Florentino looked away, a little guilty, and stood up.
He was afraid that if he looked at her any longer, she would see right through his thoughts.
“Sandy, believe me. We’ve been together for so long. I’ll be back soon, just wait for me.”
With that, he left in a hurry.
After he left, Sandria stood there for a long time, letting the cool sea breeze tangle her hair.
Since Florentino refused to let go and insisted on clinging to her like this-
