With every sentence, Sandria took a step forward.
Her imposing presence forced Lola to retreat step by step.
Lola’s face turned pale, her lips trembling.

“Mother?” Sandria stopped, the curve of her lips chilling. “I don’t have a mother like you. If you keep pestering me, I’ll make sure your precious son can’t survive, just like a stray dog that anyone can kick. Do you believe me?”
