The other two did not respond, but Lizeth laughed, “Isn’t Bryson leaving the Acosta family? Besides, I am also considering you With Bryson gone, you are now orphans with a widowed mother. You should return to the Acosta family, right?”

Dorothy sneered, “Return to the Acosta family? Is it to have my mother come back and serve you all? Why did my father split from the family in the first place, aren’t you all very clear about that?”

Bryson chose to split up in order to escape from the exploitation of Madam Acosta and his older brother.

Bryson was eager to “turn the Acosta family around,” wanting his son to succeed, stand out, and only to break free from the unfairness brought to him by his original family.

Dorothy looked at the guilty Madam Acosta and sneered, “As both your sons, you favor Mitchell just because he married a daughter–in–law with a decent family background to serve as the face of the Acosta family, right? If my father hadn’t given you a grandson, you wouldn’t care about the Acosta family’s lineage. If my father died today, you probably wouldn’t even come to take a look, would you?”

Perhaps feeling a bit embarrassed, Madam Acosta also showed her true colors, “You, a junior, what qualifications do you have to question me! So what if he is? He is my own son, I can do whatever I want!”

“Today, whatever belongs to my son, you have to give it to him, whether you want to or not!”

Dorothy slapped Madam Acosta in the face.

This came too suddenly, and almost no one could react in time.

“Dorothy, are you crazy!” Mitchell looked at

to take it, I’ll stab them!”

“What can a little yellow–haired girl like her do?” Lizeth refused to believe it. “Does she have the ability to stab me to death?”

“Lizeth seems to have forgotten my profession, hasn’t she?” Dorothy said sharply, playing with the knife in her hand. “I am a doctor, and I can ensure that you will experience the feeling of being better off dead without actually stabbing you to death.”

“Besides, there is no surveillance here, your testimonies to each other cannot be used as complete evidence. Or should I start with Lizeth first!”

Dorothy picked up the knife and was about to stab Lizeth.
