 Sweet Revenge 

Kira’s Pov 

We all turned around to see twenty armed men standing in front of the doorway. 

Lily let out a shocked gasp as she hid behind Donald who looked like he was ready to piss his pants. 

Henry and his wife remained rooted in their seats too scared to stand up. It was only Lawal who stood up and stared at them. 

“How did you get in here? What do you want? We’ll give you all our money, just leave us alone,” 

he said. 

The armed men walked inside, cackling wickedly while Damon shielded me with his body. 

‘We are only here to collect a debt,” one of them said. 

‘Yes, we don’t want any money. We just want what’s owed our client,” another added. 

‘What does your client want then?” Henry asked in a scared voice. 

‘Your life,” one of them answered. 

Before anyone could move the sound of a gunshot echoed in the house as Lily let out a terrified 

Scream. 

Sitting dead with blood pooling down from his chest was Henry now dead. 

His wife and Lily screamed, sobbing profusely as they held him. 

‘Who sent you? Leave us alone,” Lily cried. 

One of them walked up to her and before anyone could speak he slapped her thrice then ripped off her gown, leaving her standing in her underwear. 

Lily shrieked, covering her body. Donald tried to intervene but one of the guys knocked him down. 

I watched as they stripped her and taunted her while taking pictures and videos of her. Lily cried until she had no tears left. 

Her mother knelt on the floor and started begging for mercy. 

“Please, spare my daughter,” Nadia cried pitifully. 

One of the guys nodded, “Of course, we’ll spare her.” 

They pushed Lily roughly aside while Donald held her as her body shook from fear and she sobbed profusely. 

Then before our eyes, the men brought out a baseball bat and started swinging it at Nadia. 

My eyes remained fixed on the scene even though every other person in the room was screaming except Damon, 

I stared as they hit her legs until her flesh peeled off and revealed the bony layer which they continued hitting until all that was left was blood and tissue. 

Nadia had passed out from the pain, Lily had thrown up countless times from staring at her mother because each time she looked away they yelled at her to keep looking.

Donald’s face was morphed into a nasty grimace while Lawal tried to keep a neutral expression even though his trousers betrayed him. 

Just then the police sirens sounded and the men gathered their things. 

“Our debt has been collected,” they announced and left. 

Immediately Lily lunged toward me, arms flying, nails digging at my flesh. 

“You monster, this is all your fault!” she cried. 

I pushed her away and gave her two resounding slaps causing her to fall. 

“Your parents haven’t fully paid their debts, your mother still owes me her heart. You and Donald still owe me a debt,” I stated. 

Lily started sobbing afresh while Donald stared at me like I was a devil. 

‘How could you be so cruel?” he asked, “She’s pregnant for fucksake!” 

‘That didn’t stop you from dishing out the horrible torment I endured. This isn’t even up to half o what I went through,” I stated. 

‘You’re evil!” Lily cried, “I’m gonna kill you!” 

‘You wanna talk about evil, maybe you can explain to your sweet husband what you and your ather planned to do to him,” I smirked. 

hit the play button on my phone just as the voices of Lily and Henry started playing. 

‘Donald can never know that Maple Group has gone bankrupt. Once he launches his project and nvests in Maple Group, we’ll set him and that doctor to take the fall and you’ll handle both companies,” Henry said. 

‘Alright, Father,” Lily’s voice sounded. 

Donald turned to stare at Lily as he suddenly backed away from her, his eyes filled with disbelief 

‘Maple Group is bankrupt?” he asked her. 

‘No, my love, that’s not true. She’s manipulated the recording, she’s just trying to get us to fight, Lily lied. 

laughed and tossed some documents in front of Donald. 

‘I manipulated the recordings the same way you manipulated your pregnancy, right?” I grinned. 

Donald picked up the documents and his eyes widened in horror. 

The document was filled with Lily’s original pregnancy report and pictures and videos of all her sexcapedes. 

“You’re not actually pregnant?” he asked her, shocked, “All this while you’ve been sleeping with my best friend, Troy and you were just using me so you could take my fortune?” 

“Oh don’t act so innocent, Donald, you did the same to Kira!” Lily suddenly snapped. 

I smirked, “There’s the truth everyone.” 

Lily scowled at me, “The truth is that you killed my parents and now I’m going to tell the police.” 

I smirked, “How could I have killed your parents when the armed robbers stabbed me?” “They didn’t -” she started to say when I turned to face her and she gasped.
