Chapter 294

Two days later.

Dorothy accompanied Gianna to Alpine Hospital to visit Rogelio. In the hospital lobby, they ran into Keith and Nelson.

“Mr. Wexley,” she greeted.

Keith smiled and nodded, his gaze falling on Gianna, Is this your mother?”

Dorothy nodded and then turned to Gianna, saying, “Mom, this is Mr. Wexley. He’s the one taking care of Rogelio in the ward right now.”

Gianna suddenly realized and graciously thanked Keith.

Keith sighed, “It’s nothing, my mother likes Ms. Acosta. She even asked Ms. Acosta to take care of her for a while, so it’s only right to help out.”

Nelson stared at Gianna for a long time, feeling a bit familiar.

Seems familiar.

Suddenly, I remembered when Kelsie was looking for dolls all over the building, wasn’t the person she met her?

“Auntie, so you are Ms. Acosta’s mother?” Nelson spoke up, and Dorothy and Keith both looked at him.

Gianna then came to her senses, “Ah… you are the one…”

“Last time my wife caused you trouble.” After saying that, he turned around to explain to Keith what happened last time. Keith had heard about this incident before, but he never expected it to be such a coincidence.

“Was that woman last time… your mother?” Gianna looked at Keith.

Keith lowered his gaze and smiled elegantly, “Yes.”

Gianna didn’t know what she was thinking and looked at Dorothy.

Dorothy chatted with Keith for a few moments, promising him to go and accompany Kelsie after finishing her work, to which Keith agreed.

After saying goodbye to Keith, she accompanied Gianna back to the ward.

Gianna sat on the edge of the bed massaging Rogelio, but her mind was elsewhere.

Dorothy heated water and poured it into a basin filled with cold water until the temperature was just right. She soaked a towel in the water, wrung it out, and handed it to Gianna.”

Gianna didn’t answer.

“Mom,” Dorothy called out to her.
