“Ms. Chavez, if you have time, could you explain it to me? Or, if 

it’s convenient, it would be even better if you could come and 

give me some hands–on guidance.” 

As a leader, Vicente usually had people take care of his daily 

affairs, so he wasn’t very familiar with many functions on 

mobile apps. 

With his busy schedule, he didn’t have much time to study these

them before.”
