Charlotte calmly put away the files back on the shelf, “Whoever wants it, you can have it.”

He was about to say something when the ringing of his phone interrupted him. He picked it up and saw that it was Caroline.
Jaxson glanced at her,not even avoiding her gaze, and decisively answered the phone,speaking softly,“What’s wrong?”

It looks like it was Caroline who called.
“Jaxson,Dr.Sutton reported Mr.Thorne for some reason,but Mr.Thorne has been kind to me and I believe there must be some misunderstanding, so I was wondering if you could help Mr.Thorne?”
